1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Corona Miami Marlins Opening Day Tickets Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 26, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in Florida, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of game play. Employees of Crown Imports LLC (“Sponsor”), Optivate Agency (“Administrator”), the MLB Entities (defined below), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), any person affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry, including but not limited to retailers of alcohol products, and their immediate and extended family members (including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in or win a prize in the Promotion. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. Void outside Florida and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO PLAY

During the Promotion Period, visit MiamiMarlins-OpeningDayTickets2026.com (“Website”) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online registration form (“Form”), to have a chance to win an instant win prize (“Game Play”). Instant winners will receive a message that includes the word, “Congratulations!” All winners are subject to verification of eligibility. Non-winners will receive a message that includes the word, “Sorry.” Limit one (1) Game Play per person/email address, per day. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address to play the game. Game Plays must be received by 11:59 PM ET on March 26, 2026.

4. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE AWARD

All winning Game Plays are subject to verification. Potential Grand Prize winners’ will be notified by email and will be required to complete and return a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or declining a prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice. All unclaimed or unawarded prizes will not be awarded. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule #5, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all non-winning Game Plays received during the Promotion Period.

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) & APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING (UNCLAIMED/UNAWARDED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED)

Fifty-six (56) Grand Prizes (four [4] prizes awarded per day): A pair of admission tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the Miami Marlins 2026 Opening Day game (“Event”) on Friday, March 27th, 2026 at loanDepot Park in Miami, FL (ARV $50 each). Overall approximate odds of winning are 1 in 56. Overall actual odds of winning will depend upon the number eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period and the time and date of the Game Play. Limit one (1) prize per person household. No transportation, accommodations or alcohol included with prize.

Each winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older to accompany winner and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award. Tickets must be used on date specified or prize may be forfeited and an alternate may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that drawing, time permitting. Seat locations at Event will be determined by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen Event documents. Grand Prize winners and their guests must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols that may be in place at time of Event.

Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Major League Baseball game/Event date and time are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason.

Winner and their guest agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor, and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or their guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition.

Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, local, state, or federal regulation, order or policy, work stoppage, epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety, or any other event outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.

Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game tickets. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement, cancellation or change of venue of any Sweepstakes-related Events.

In the event that admission tickets are unavailable, or the Event is cancelled or postponed, the Event takes place without spectators, or the Event has a change in venue for any reason, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value.

In the event a Grand Prize winner or their guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to eject them from the Event, in whole or in part, with no further compensation to the winner. No alcohol is included with the Grand Prize.

In the event a Grand Prize winner or their guest consumes alcoholic beverages (none will be provided by Sponsor) while participating in any Grand Prize-related activities, they do so at their own discretion and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from any subsequent damages or third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption. Grand Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded (except as specifically stated above) and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Resale of prizes is prohibited.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

If an entrant submits more than the stated number of Game Plays permitted, and/or if the Sponsor or Administrator suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Game Plays by using multiple or different email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, Sponsor and Administrator will void that entrant’s Game Plays and that entrant may be disqualified.

Game Plays generated by script, macro or other automated means and Game Plays by any means which subvert the Game Play process are void. Game Plays will not be acknowledged or returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, invalid or unintelligible Game Plays, which will be disqualified.

Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Game Play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion entry/game play services to create fraudulent phone numbers, email addresses, and/or identities) will void all Game Plays by that entrant.

In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to play will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder of the email address” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Game Play.

In exchange for the right to participate in the Promotion, entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, or injury) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use or misuse of any prize, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Administrator’s or Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Promotion material, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.

NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone or device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or device transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and any prizes claimed prior to cancellation will be awarded.

Any damage made to the Website by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Game Play. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

7. PUBLICITY

Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor, the MLB Entities and their agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses and Game Plays for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.

8. DISPUTES

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting an awarded prize, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before any federal courts in the Western District of New York or, if such courts do not have subject matter jurisdiction, state courts in Monroe County, New York. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., evidenced costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

9. PRIVACY

Any personal information that an entrant provides in connection with the Promotion shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Promotion, contact entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.coronausa.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering this Promotion, you agree to and accept that privacy policy. If entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide entrant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor.

10. WINNERS LIST

To receive a Winners List by mail, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Corona Miami Marlins Opening Day Tickets Instant Win Game Winners List, c/o Optivate Agency, 4032 Masonboro Loop Rd, Unit 101, Wilmington, NC 28409. Requests must be received by April 15, 2026. Winners List will be sent after all prizes have been awarded.
